Gathering some fruit into her backpack, Laura got back down on the jungle floor and looked around. She was all alone out here, though it wasn't safe at all. But she didn't mind it, hell she could defend herself anyhow.
She then ehard some rustling behind her and she looked. No one was there. She then rgabbed the wakling stick she made from a tree trunk and gripped it tightly as she looked around slowly.

Judd jumped out, tackling the girl to the ground. He had been looking for fruit, but he found the girl. She had to be an Other. Nobody else hunted out that far into the jungle! He tried to wrestle the walking stick from her hands. He had the element of surprise, but the Others were famous with their super-human strength.

Laura felt someone jump on her and she wrestles with another boy, who was trying to take away her walking stick. She looked closer, he was from her camp. Maybe he thought she was a Other. Laura oushed him off and stood up straigh, holding up her hands in defense.
"Dude I'm from your camp!" Laura replied to him out of breath, "Judd right?"

Judd held the stick in a defensive posture. She knew his name? How? Unless she really was from the ca- No! She could've interrogated a tailee to find out who was on the manifest! But that didn't explain how she matched his name to his face. He felt completely confused and yet completely clear.
She was from Judd's camp.
Judd lowered the stick, and said, "What's your name and seat number?" He had to be certain.

"Laura Josten, 120 E." Laure replied, remembering her seat number. She looked at him as if he was going to strike down wt her again.
"Look I'm friends with Hurley, go ask him about me." Laura told him back, hoping he got the picture she was from his camp.

Satisfied with the answer, it occurred to Judd he had just tackled a teenage girl from camp in the jungle. All that he could think about was how this would come back to kick his ass later. You're a damned idiot. You don't even have a good excuse! Were the sentences going through his mind. "Um, sorry about the whole, attacking thing. Here's your stick." He handed it to her.

"It's fine....I would of done the same thing..." Laura replied, dusting herself off and looking at the boy, taking the stick slowly.
"I just needed to get myself some fruit, for me and the camp. I gotta do something to be occupied from here." Laura replied to Judd as she fixed her hair from being in her face.

Judd stared at the ground, kicking at the dirt, hands in his pockets. "Yeah, if only there was still a TV at the hatch. Sayid might've fixed it up with satellite!" He tried to crack a joke to get off the subject of the attack. Man, he had done some idiotic things in his life, but pinning a teenage girl in the middle of a deserted jungle to the ground was right up there with the top of them. "So, um, found any good fruit trees lately?"
You are so stupid, Judd.

"Really?? That would be awesome." Laura replied to his remark on the satellite. She smiled and picked out one of the fruits in her backpack.
"Here's a good one. Really sweet and fills you up in a couple of bites. You want it? I have plenty to last me awhile." Laura told him as she offered him the fruit.
